These are A2 cryogenically treated knives, English style. Excellent for all around edge paring. The handles are leather or jigged, torrefied maple. The blade angle is 55 degrees for both. These knives are excellent for vegetable tanned goatskin, chrome tanned leathers, abrasive calf and alum tawed skin. The wood handle version is ergonomically shaped, and the jigging requires less hand grip to hold. The sheath is dyed and reinforced with linen thread. Fully hand sharpened, 13 degree bevel angle.
