These are large A2 knives with a rounded, Swiss or French style blade.  The Swiss version has an easy to grip vegetable tanned goatskin handle. The French version, with jigged, torrefied maple handles and custom dyed sheath, reinforced with linen thread.  The jigged handles provide a secure hold without excessive hand grip pressure. These knives are excellent for goatskin, chrome tanned leathers, abrasive calf and alum tawed skin. Horsebutt blade cover included. A round style blade can be used for both paring and scraping.
